Shift patterns
* Service 1: 07:00–14:30
* Service 1: 14:00–22:00
* Service 1: Waking nights: 21:30–08:00
* Service 2: 07:00–22:00
* Service 2: 08:30–08:30 (24-hour support)
* Service 2: Waking nights: 22:00–07:00
