Position Details
The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an innovative, motivated, and skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to lead a small team delivering occupational therapy within the Hospital Based Complex Care unit and the acute older adult mental health ward. The clinical focus will be primarily on Older Adult mental health and supporting input to adult complex care patients. Key responsibilities include specialist assessment of complex needs and developing tailored solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a collaborative clinical approach are essential, as is a desire to join our friendly OT team to help shape our services.
Management and Support
Line management, professional support, and supervision are provided by the Lead OT for In-patient Mental Health.
