With exciting transformation & capex projects underway, you’ll help shape processes, drive efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly management accounts and presenting insights to senior stakeholders Leading P&L review meetings with the GM and operations team Supporting profitability analysis and commercial decision-making Managing reconciliations, journals, inter-company transfers, and fixed asset register updates Processing sales and purchase ledger transactions Contributing to finance improvement projects and ad hoc initiatives What we’re looking for: AAT Level 4 or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA, with solid accounting experience Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 50 or similar systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) A confident communicator who can bring numbers to life for non-financial colleagues Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited by change and continuous improvement.
