As a Flexible Care Assistant at HC‑One, you’ll value kindness above all. You’ll deliver caring, compassionate support to residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, ensuring their dignity and individuality are respected. You will provide general activities, personal care and emotional support – whether helping with limited mobility, assisting with meals or providing comfort at the end of life.
Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
* Helping residents with limited mobility.
* Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site.
* Traveling between a cluster of homes as an essential part of the role.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attend safeguarding training, and report any concerns appropriately.

Shift Flexibility and Travel
Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday and may include days, nights, and weekends. Flex Force Care Assistants travel between a cluster of homes, allowing you to support the unique needs of each home while keeping control over your schedule.

Additional Information
A driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential. Digital care‑planning technology is being introduced, and we welcome team members who are comfortable with technology or eager to learn.
