Salary: £125,000 – £145,000 + 20% Bonus Scheme
Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days from Home
Oculus is proud to be partnering with a prestigious Legal 500 firm in Cheltenham, currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join as Head of Department.

The Role:
As Head of Department, you will:
* Manage a high-quality caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters
* Advise clients on estate planning, tax efficiency, and asset protection strategies
* Draft Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Oversee estate administration and complex probate work
* Lead and support junior lawyers, driving development and departmental growth
* Play a key role in strategic planning and client relationship management
