ACTS supports the older people of South Tyneside. They champion the issues that are important to older people and positively challenge negative perceptions of ageing. ACTS provides services and activities that maintain their choice and control, improve well-being and enable healthier and happier ageing.

The apprentice will work within the busy service, completing:
* Referrals to external partners
* Scheduling appointments
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Scheduling various groups
* Ordering stock
* Liasing with stakeholders
* Answering and transferring phone calls
* Responding to and composing emails
* General office duties
The successful candidate will complete face-to-face training every two weeks at:
Springboard Sunderland Trust, Unit 1&2 Rivergreen Ind Est, Pallion, Sunderland, SR4 6AD.
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
