Customer on-boarding specialist. Hybrid working. Were working with a leading technology company based in Chorley, in a brand new state-of-the art building, looking to recruit a Customer On-boarding specialist to join their existing small team. Its a pivotal role, ensuring each customer receives a seamless, professional and positive experience from order placement through to installation and handover. The role is critical in setting the tone for long-term customer relationships and reinforcing the companys reputation for excellence. Whats involved: Manage and process all customer orders, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery and installation of hardware and software at customer sites Order and coordinate the delivery of relevant stock and equipment throughout the on-boarding process Proactively coordinate the end-to-end on-boarding process, acting as the main point of contact for customers Schedule and organise engineers, trainers and internal services to meet customer requirements Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, taking full ownership of any issues or delays that arise and anticipate customer needs by identifying potential risks or challenges early Our ideal person: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within software, healthcare, or technology-based industries Experience coordinating customer journeys, projects, or service delivery activities Familiarity with order processing, scheduling, or stock/equipment management Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions What they can offer you: Superbly designed working environment Friendly and supportive team Product led organisation.
