Are you an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking for a role that offers genuine career progression, greater project ownership, and long‑term professional development?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator or Project Administrator to join a market-leading acoustic engineering company, who has delivered high‑profile projects for globally recognised clients including Rolls Royce, JLR, sports stadiums, museums, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
You will work alongside highly experienced senior professionals while progressively taking ownership of projects from initial order through to completion. The business offers a clear progression pathway, ongoing mentoring, and support towards further qualifications and professional development.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination or project management who wants to develop commercially, technically, and operationally within a specialist engineering environment.
The Role:
* Supporting and delivering complex UK and European projects
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, logistics, and site activities
* Managing Health & Safety and project compliance documentation
* Developing commercial and contractual project management skills
* Attending customer meetings and site visits
* Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple projects
The Person:
* Experience within Project Management or Project Coordination
* Background within construction, engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, or M&E
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid passport and willingness to travel when required
