We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Commercial team. Our local commercial division has seen significant growth over the past 15 years, now comprising over 300 professionals across the UK. In this role, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients, from sole traders, through to CEO’s of large organisations, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and Account Executives to meet business objectives, win and retain clients, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
About You
Detail Oriented: You demonstrate a strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate.
Strong Interpersonal Communicator: You excel at building and sustaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, existing clients and prospective clients.
Client Focused: You will be working closely with the Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting FCA requirements.
Committed to Professional Development: You are open to learning and development, with a desire to progress your career and pursue professional qualifications in insurance.
Operationally Proficient: You are comfortable using systems and tools to process data accurately and efficiently, supporting high standards of client service and internal operations.
