What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of the factory floor:
Lead & inspire the team:
Coach, motivate, and build a culture where people take pride in their work.
Own the production shift:
Plan, allocate, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Drive performance:
Keep output on track, optimise processes, and solve problems on the spot.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and product standards are non-negotiable.

Champion a culture of safety and compliance across every shift.
Continuous improvement:
Spot opportunities, make changes, and keep raising the bar.

Step in, support, and lead by example when it matters most.

Who You Are
Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a fast-paced production environment.
Proven leader: you know how to get the best from a team.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Sharp eye for detail.
A communicator who can rally a team and keep everyone aligned.
Comfortable making decisions quickly and owning them.
Extra Points If You’ve
Led shifts or teams in a BRC or SALSA-accredited food site.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
Worked in snacking, bakery, or bar manufacturing.
