Nursery Practitioner
We seek dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the learning and development of each child in our care.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with and supervise children in activities designed to stimulate their development.
* Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to each child's individual needs.
* Monitor and record children's progress, maintaining accurate documentation of their development and activities.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to childcare.
* Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
* Recently qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication skills, particularly with children, staff, and parents.
* A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and safeguarding practices.
* Experience working with children across all age groups in the Early Years.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
