Industry Leader in Healthcare Seeks Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in a full-time and permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure top-quality service for existing and new customers
* Providing solutions to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
* Managing email queries in a timely manner
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Self-motivation and a 'can do' attitude
* German fluency
* Computer literacy
Available shifts:
Shift 1 - 5 week rotation (Late Sat) - £26,575
Shift 2 - 5 week rotation (Standard) £26,500
