We are seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator who can hit the ground running, deliver first‑class customer care, and help expand the company's lettings market share.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Handle incoming and outgoing lettings enquiries
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure new tenancies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Support marketing initiatives to grow the lettings portfolio
* Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
* High level of customer service and communication skills
* Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
* Well‑presented, articulate, ambitious, and self‑motivated
* Knowledge of Maidstone and surrounding areas (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
* Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
