About The Role
* Food and Beverage
* Housekeeping
*A sample of the duties for the 2 above functions include:
Food and Beverage
* Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner at all times
* Preparation of restaurant/bar, setting table placement ensuring cleanliness of crockery and cutlery
* Taking food and drink orders
* Meals and drinks to be served efficiently and with minimum delay/ wastage.
* Answering the telephone and taking reservations for restaurant and accommodation.
Housekeeping
* Greet all guests, welcome and assist them with any requests, enquires or directions. If you are unable to fully assist them then to refer the request to the Head Housekeeper or supervisor
* Clean, and service rooms or public areas including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.
* Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects if needed.
