The Role:
Join the Independent Reviewing Service (IRS) as a Data Lead Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality and the smooth operation of the service. The IRS play a critical role in safeguarding vulnerable children, overseeing care planning for children in care, ensuring that plans are robust, timely, and focused on achieving the best outcomes.
What you’ll do:
1. Line manage a team of two administrators
2. Oversee data quality assurance for the IRS
3. Collate and analyse performance data
4. Produce monthly caseload reports
5. Allocate monthly audits
6. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery
What we’re looking for:
7. Experience in line management and team coordination.
8. Experience in data collation and reporting.
9. Confident in using Microsoft Excel and proficiency in using other Microsoft Office applications.
10. Strong organisational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
