Overview

Assistant Store Manager role at E8surveys.com. Location: Bowness (LA23 3BX). The role supports the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store and takes full responsibility in their absence. We aim to inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.


What does this role involve?

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

You will contribute to delivering an excellent customer journey and support staff and volunteers to reflect our values. Your responsibilities include:

* Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
* Achieving targets
* Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
* Achieving expectations within campaign activities
* Working with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, the role can be physically demanding, yet rewarding as you help fund life-saving research.
