We currently have Full Time & Part-Time opportunities available for care assistants in Fareham, your availability is your choice with care calls starting from 8am and finishing at 21:15pm.
No experience, no problem! We provide a comprehensive induction assessment programme to each new starter, so whether you have care experience or not we ensure you are fully equipt before going out in the field.

Being a Care Assistant with Home Instead Fareham & Gosport means you need to be responsible, driven and ultimately be passionate about providing high quality care. Your role responsibilities will include:

Requirements:
* No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
* Strong written and spoken English skills.
* Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
* Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
* Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
* Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
* Must be 18+
