We are searching for a senior nurse to lead and manage a team of nurses within our Ambulatory Care unit at Northumbria Hospital.
1. Key Responsibilities:
o Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all nursing care standards are met.
o Exercise accountability as per the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
o Support the Senior Nurse/Service Manager in resource utilization.
o Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership to foster a collective leadership culture.

o Expertise in supporting high standards of nursing care within the acute pathway.

The Ambulatory Care Unit cares for patients with a full range of conditions, providing evidence-based multidisciplinary care focused on supporting patients' ongoing journey to return home or to further healthcare settings.
