Nursery Assistant, Bristol, £14.40 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our agency team, supporting well-established nurseries. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping staff provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for young children, contributing to their development and well-being. Key Responsibilities · Supporting children’s play, learning, and daily routines to ensure a stimulating and engaging environment · Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised setting that promotes learning and development · Assisting staff with supervision, meal and snack times, and hygiene routines to ensure the children’s health and safety · Setting up and tidying away activities and resources throughout the day to maintain a clean and organised environment · Engaging positively with children to encourage confidence, independence, and curiosity, fostering a love of learning Required Skills & Experience · Genuine interest in supporting children’s development, with a passion for early years education · Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments · Ability to work well within a team and follow guidance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills About the Company Completely Care is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the health & social care, education, and childcare sectors.
