1. Maintaining the studio: keeping it tidy (no cleaning required, as a cleaner is provided), organizing fabric and scrap fabric in designated areas, and ensuring all patterns and pattern pieces are properly stored.
2. Setting up and managing stock systems to ensure fabric and components are replenished timely.
3. Creating and overseeing the studio schedule to ensure orders are cut and delivered on time for both in-house and remote production.
4. Preparing orders (fabric and pattern) for sample cutters on their scheduled days.
5. Preparing and liaising with machinists for orders, including remote orders and receiving finished products back.
6. Developing and managing the alterations schedule to ensure orders are completed at least two weeks before delivery fittings.
7. Coordinating with clients for fittings, ensuring schedules align and orders are ready at least four weeks prior to client fittings.
Skills & Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will be:
1. Extremely organized, capable of establishing and maintaining studio systems and planning ahead.
2. Mature, responsible, reliable, and consistent.
3. Interested in production and/or fashion.
4. Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, able to ask questions and recognize when to seek clarification.
5. Effective communicator with the team and the brand founder.
6. Personable, capable of liaising with clients.

Days/Hours
Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hours: TBC, approximately 15 hours/week initially (9am-2pm / 1pm-6pm), with potential for increase as the role develops.
