Oliver Bernard is partnering with a high-growth AI startup building an AI-native platform for universities, starting with one anchor institution and scaling globally.
The core challenge is data: fragmented systems, inconsistent schemas, heavy regulation, and slow onboarding. This role owns building the data foundations that make scale possible.
What you’ll do
* Build ingestion pipelines across SIS, LMS, CRM, and document systems
* Design equivalency layers to abstract institutional differences
* Prepare data for AI-native discovery, search, and agentic workflows
* Work directly with CIOs and institutional data teams
What we’re looking for
* Strong data or platform engineering background
* Proven experience in messy, real-world data environments
* Hands-on ownership of ingestion and architecture
* Experience in regulated domains (edu, healthcare, govtech, fintech)
