At REC Source, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our growing driving and industrial division during our busy afternoon and evening operations. This is not your standard 95 recruitment role. You will play a key part in ensuring our clients and temporary workers receive exceptional support outside standard office hours, helping keep operations running smoothly across multiple sites. This position would suit someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, highly organised, and comfortable managing urgent staffing requirements in real time. The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and operational process from candidate sourcing through to shift fulfilment and worker support. You will work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure bookings are filled efficiently and workers remain engaged and compliant. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening candidates for driving and industrial vacancies Managing candidate registrations and onboarding processes Communicating with temporary workers regarding shifts, availability, and assignments Filling urgent bookings and coordinating last-minute staffing requirements Managing evening operations and supporting live bookings Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records Supporting worker welfare and maintaining strong relationships with candidates Assisting with out-of-hours and on-call support Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently Shift Pattern This role is primarily evening-based and includes operational on-call responsibilities. Working Hours Monday to Friday 16:00 22:00 Additional Requirements Participation in an on-call rota Flexibility during peak operational periods Availability to respond to urgent staffing issues outside core hours when required What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
