What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a trusted financial partner to your own portfolio of clients that you manage, helping them navigate key financial decisions. Your role will involve a mix of monthly finance reviews, tax planning, strategic advisory services, and compliance oversight.
Responsibilities
* Leading client advisory sessions – Helping business owners set financial goals, track performance, and build wealth.
* Financial performance analysis – Reviewing key financial reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
* Tax strategy and financial planning – Using tools to prepare tax-efficient strategies and ensure clients keep more of what they earn.
* Final review of compliance work – Overseeing company tax returns, financial statements, and presenting them to clients (work is prepared by our compliance team).
* Coaching and mentoring – Supporting junior team members to deliver outstanding outcomes.
* Business development – Strengthening client relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and contributing to Sidekick’s growth.
