We are looking for a Operations Manager PM Shift to support the Hub Manager in taking full responsibility of the operational elements of the site and all the functions/processes that fall under this. Ensuring the delivery of a safe, legally compliant and cost-efficient environment performing to all Service Level Agreements. You will follow all recognised hub systems and processes, manage and lead staff, maintain and develop external customer relationships and deliver a professional service to our clients.

To support our operation and manage your site fully, We are looking for a Operations Manager who is flexible and potentially work weekends as needed. But more importantly you must be able to make operational and strategic decisions at pace and have the self-belief to commit to a plan of action.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to each function to cover all shifts across the working week.
2. Responsible for overall shift performance, compliance, client service levels, health and safety, employee engagement.
3. Must have strong analytical skills, be data driven and use data to influence, challenge and drive performance and compliance.
4. Accountable for shift costs and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
5. Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards.
To Be Successful You Will Require:
6. Microsoft office competent
7. Full current driving licence
8. Extensive knowledge and experience of operational processes and practices
9. Experienced and proven knowledge of managing a PL budget
10. Experience of leading a high performing team
