Clinic Receptionist | Edinburgh | Part Time | Up to £16ph
Zachary Daniels has partnered exclusively with a prestigious aesthetic clinic located in the heart of Edinburgh. We are now hiring for a well-presented, professional Clinic Receptionist to join the front-of-house team. This role is part time, 16hrs over 2 days a week. Every Saturday and 1 day in the week.

Clinic Receptionist responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism.
Handling inbound calls, appointment bookings, and client enquiries
Managing the clinic diary and coordinating bookings efficiently.
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring front-of-house areas are immaculate at all times.
Supporting practitioners with client flow and assisting with client paperwork.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records using clinic systems.
Promoting products, skincare treatments, and clinic services with confidence and product knowledge.
Ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every client throughout their visit.
Upholding clinic standards in line with brand values and regulatory guidelines.
What We're Looking For :
Previous front-of-house or clinic receptionist experience, ideally in a luxury hospitality, beauty, aesthetic, or clinical setting.
Warm, engaging, and professional demeanour.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
A passion for skincare, wellness, and customer experience.
Availability to work every Saturday.
