Overview
Join Our Team as a Programme Development Manager! Location: Hillingdon, London. Contract Type: Temporary. Salary: £22.20 per hour. Duration: ASAP for 4-6 months (with potential for permanent role).
What You'll Do
* Lead detailed, collaborative planning to achieve three strategic aims: Curriculum Development (Lead the completion of Phases 2 and 3, Years 4 and 5, of the 5-year MBBS curriculum).
* Accreditation Success (Assist in the GMC accreditation process for the PMQ).
* Integration Excellence (Ensure the seamless integration of the Physician Associate MSc (PA) programme with MBBS teaching activities).
Responsibilities include crafting a detailed plan for Phases 2 and 3 of the MBBS programme, defining teaching, assessment, placement capacities, and required physical resources; collaborating to manage risks; demonstrating integration opportunities between PA and MBBS programmes; working with academic colleagues, professional services teams, and external clinicians to develop Phase 2 and 3 curriculum components on time; supporting stakeholder onboarding and induction; developing training interventions for clinical specialists involved in teaching and assessment; coordinating with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure activities, including the MLA, meet QA and GMC accreditation requirements.
