Head of Claims – Insurance
Xpertise are urgently looking for a Head of Claims (Insurance) to lead all claims operations, internally and externally whilst ensuring commercial outcomes are met.
You will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving claims processes, and governance, driving cost-effective large-loss management, delivering volume claim strategies (including fraud management), managing re-insurance, in addition to driving the data strategy.
You will have the following skills, experience and background:
* Proven experience leading insurance claims strategy (including motor insurance)
* Proven experience in large-loss management and cost control
* Proven experience of regulatory controls and processes
* Experience managing supply chain
* Proven experience across Data and MI
* A solid understanding of the full end-to-end process of insurance including pricing, underwriting, reserving etc.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement including C-Suite
