Key Responsibilities:Supervising and managing daily cash office operations, including cashing up and reconciliationAccurately processing daily takings and proactively investigating and resolving discrepanciesRaising and managing invoices in a timely mannerMaintaining and updating personnel files in line with company policiesSupporting general administrative tasks across the operationManaging filing systems, documentation, and internal recordsBasic spreadsheet management and reportingHandling queries and liaising with internal departments professionallySupporting ad-hoc projects and contributing to process improvements The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Proven experience in a cash office, finance, or similar role with direct responsibility for cash handlingConfidence managing large volumes of cash and taking ownership of financial accuracyExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong administrative background with attention to detailExperience with invoicing and financial record keepingGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet managementAbility to work independently and take responsibility for key processesStrong organisational and time-management skillsProfessional communication skills and a proactive approachHigh level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive informationDesirable:NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance-related disciplineAbout us:Restaurant Associates is a leading premium hospitality provider with an ethos drawn from our history of fine and high-quality dining in London and New York.Within our venues team, we provide catering and hospitality services to some of the most iconic visitor attractions and destinations in the UK including the Imperial War Museum London, Glyndebourne Opera House, Knebworth House, Design Museum, Whipsnade Zoo and many more.
