2. Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting, helping customers find the right size and style for their needs.
3. Visual Merchandising: Own the presentation of our products, helping customers discover what they need and didn’t know they wanted.
4. Lead by Example: Energize and support your team, ensuring high brand standards and personalized customer service.
5. Store Targets: Support management in achieving KPIs focused on sales growth and profitability.
6. Store Standards: Maintain store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
7. Store Operations: Perform opening and closing duties, including key holder responsibilities.
8. Executing New Initiatives: Assist with product launches, floor set moves, and audits, ensuring team readiness.
