Job Description:
Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with the potential to grow into a senior team member.
This position is ideal for someone with some Transaction Services experience who wants to develop their career and contribute to team growth.
Responsibilities
* Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner
* Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings as required
* Participate proactively in business development initiatives and events, liaising with the marketing team as needed
* Lead teams to analyze data and draft reports for review by senior staff
Experience
* Previous experience within Transaction Services is preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership in managing teams and projects to completion
