The role may require working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a planned rota. You must adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality while undertaking necessary training and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
You are a caring and empathetic individual with experience in a caring role, ideally within a care environment working with vulnerable people. You are confident and professional, possess a strong understanding of health & safety and risk management, and can communicate effectively with service users, carers, and professionals. You are punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive and adaptable approach to change.
