We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead our talent acquisition, driving the growth and expansion of our high-performing sales team

What We’re Looking For:
* A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
* A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, especially with a specific emphasis on sourcing and hiring TeleSales professionals
* Expertise in headhunting with a proven track record of bringing in talented individuals who not only join the business but also stay and thrive
* Results-driven with a history of consistently delivering high levels of output.
* Experience in writing engaging job advert copy and proficiency using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, CV-Library ect.
