Are you a skilled school administrator looking for your next challenge? Tradewind is working with a well-regarded primary school in Stalybridge, Tameside, which is seeking a confident and experienced School Admin Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term position supporting the school's busy front office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception duties and being the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff
Maintaining pupil records and attendance using SIMs
Assisting with admissions, school communications, and general office admin
Supporting SLT and teaching staff with administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous school office experience is essential
Proficient in SIMs and other school systems
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a positive, team-focused attitude
Friendly and approachable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
