At Ocean Housing, we’re more than just a housing provider. We are proud to maintain and improve homes across Cornwall, and we’re looking for a talentedPlumberto help us deliver top-quality repairs and maintenance to our residents.
* Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, and improvement works to our housing stock.
* Work across plumbing and associated trades (e.g., tiling, plastering, decorating).
* Deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
* Maintain your van stock and ensure tools and equipment are safe and ready to go.
* Participate in our emergency call-out rota.
What We’re Looking For:
* Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent evidenced experience
* A team player with great communication and customer service skills.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and finishes jobs to a high standard.
* Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
* Experience working in social housing or with mobile repairs software
