Role Overview
You will lead a team of approximately 600 colleagues across multiple locations, managing a shared services model that supports various business units. The role requires leadership in compliance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality service delivery and collaboration.
Teams You Will Lead
1. Court Production Order Unit: Handles legal requests related to civil and criminal enforcement, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.
2. Banking Operations Unit: Manages front-line customer service and back-office processing across banking products, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate resources to meet performance, service, and compliance standards within risk appetite and budget.
* Support change initiatives and manage risks associated with transformation projects.
* Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust practices accordingly.
* Promote a positive culture and continuous improvement.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and represent Lloyds externally when needed.
* Develop capabilities within the team through mentoring and leadership.
Candidate Profile
* Experience leading large operations teams onshore and offshore.
* Expertise in operational excellence, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
* Successful track record in regulatory compliance and process improvement.
* Experience with offshoring operations is desirable.
* Knowledge of retail banking products and legal disclosure procedures is advantageous.
