We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to join our award-winning in-house University catering team. You must come from a fresh food background and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Chef de Partie, your role will be to work on all sections of the kitchen to the high standards set by the Head Chef. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking, with aspirations to gain Level 3 if not already attained, alongside the Basic Food Hygiene qualification, is essential. You will have considerable high-volume experience within a high-standard kitchen, and be able to demonstrate flexibility with working hours.
