Were looking for a skilled and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in the South East.
This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in keeping buildings safe, compliant and fully operational while delivering a high-quality service to clients and end users.

The Role
Youll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, taking ownership of your region and managing your own workload.
Day to day, you will:
* Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems
* Fault-find across HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
* Support electrical systems including lighting, small power and emergency lighting
* Carry out basic mechanical and plumbing tasks (or electrical support depending on your bias)
* Monitor plant performance and respond proactively to issues
* Complete statutory compliance checks and inspections
* Update CAFM systems accurately and in real time
* Support subcontractors and manage permits to work
* Act as a professional and proactive point of contact on site
This is a mobile role, so youll travel between sites, manage your own diary, and take real ownership of your patch.

What Were Looking For
Were open to engineers with either an electrical or mechanical/plumbing bias, but you must be comfortable working across disciplines. xxuwjjq
Youll ideally have:
* Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Strong background in PPM and reactive maintenance
* Confidence fault-finding across M&E systems
* Good working knowledge of HVAC plant
* Experience with BMS systems (desirable)
* Experience using CAFM systems
* A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach
Qualifications
1. City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering
or
2. City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering (or equivalent)
3. 18th Edition (if electrically biased) desirable
4. Legionella awareness (training can be provided)
5. Full UK driving licence
