As our Continuous Improvement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered across Care Services, embedding a culture of structured, evidence‑led improvement that makes a real difference to customers, colleagues and outcomes.
This is a high‑impact role where you'll lead strategic improvement initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and empower teams across the organisation to drive sustainable change.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of continuous improvement across Care Services, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and deliver measurable benefits. You'll:
* Own and champion the Care Services continuous improvement framework, embedding a culture of improvement across all levels of the business
* Lead and manage large and complex business and digital change initiatives from inception through to delivery and benefits realisation
* Partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into clear, deliverable improvement plans
* Line manage and develop the Continuous Improvement team, ensuring high performance and strong engagement
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong expertise in continuous improvement approaches and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
* Proven experience leading complex change initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
* Strong commercial, financial and risk management capability
* Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent)
