Responsibilities-
* Carrying out maintenance and repair work on social housing (Bathrooms)
* Using a variety of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing and masonry.
* Ensure that work is carried out to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice or best practice.
Skills required-
* Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
* Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales.
* Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
* Full Driving licence (clean)
* Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
Please be aware the hourly pay rate for this role is£24.00 Ltd(PAYE equivalent £20.59 inclusive of holiday).
