Role: Senior People Partner (Tech)

Compensation: £500 - £600/ day

Hawkwood is excited to be partnering with a leading international EnergyTech organisation, to hire an experienced Senior People Partner to support their Technology organisation during a period of major transformation.
Following a major evolution of their Technology function and the appointment of a new CTO, they have redesigned how their team operates. They are looking for a Senior People Partner to help bring the new programmes to life and embed the new ways of working.
This is an opportunity to partner with a high-profile, fast-evolving technology business operating at real scale. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how new frameworks and behaviours land with the business and the visibility to see your work make a measurable impact!
What you’ll be doing in the role:
💥Working with the Head of People Partnering and senior Tech leaders as a trusted advisor and coach.
💥Embedding newly defined frameworks and behaviours across the Technology organisation.
💥Rolling out strategic People programmes that support scaling, capability and engagement.
💥Leading international resourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
💥Building and sustaining communities of practice and growth frameworks.
💥Collaborating with the wider People team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business.
💥Acting as a cultural ambassador, helping leaders model and embed new ways of working.
What we’re looking for from you:
✅Proven experience as a Senior People Partner within large or scaling technology organisations.
✅Track record of partnering with CTOs and Tech leadership teams.
✅Experience delivering strategic People initiatives and embedding change.
✅Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
✅Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
✅Immediately available (or available at short notice) and ready to make an impact.
