* Previous experience in HR, administrative, or resource coordination roles is essential
* Familiarity with new hire onboarding, training delivery, and employee relations processes is essential
* Experience in resource planning and working in fast-paced environments is advantageous
* Strong operational and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams
* Clear and engaging communication skills for delivering inductions and training
