The Role & Responsibilities
As a key member of our Portsmouth team, you will be responsible for:
* MOT Testing: Conducting inspections to DVSA standards with total accuracy.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Using modern platforms to identify complex faults.
* Mechanical Excellence: Full servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars and light commercials.
* Specialist Systems: Gaining experience in heavy-duty diesel and power generation components.
* Clear Communication: Reporting findings accurately to the team and customers.
* Quality Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred).
* Certified: A current and valid MOT Testing Licence is essential for this role.
* Skillset: Strong mechanical repair skills and confident diagnostic ability.
* Mindset: A reliable professional with a high attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
* Advantageous: Previous experience with Diesel Systems is a plus but not essential.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is required.
