Mortgage Administrator
Location: Woking – Fully Office Based
Job Type: Full time permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients from application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to gather required documentation
* Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory requirements
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers
* Chasing outstanding documents and keeping cases on track
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
Requirements
* Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Knowledge of mortgage processes and compliance (desirable)
