Role Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining deployment pipelines, ensuring the systems are robust, scalable, and secure. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
* Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Pulumi.
* Write and maintain scripts in Python and PowerShell to automate tasks.
* Configure and manage cloud services in Microsoft Azure.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
* Create and manage configuration files using YAML.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise system reliability and performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
* Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Pulumi and Terraform.
* Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
* Experience with YAML for configuration management.
* Familiarity with CI/CD principles and practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a DevOps or Software Engineering role.
