Learning Community Trust - Hadley Learning Secondary, Hadley Learning Community (HLC) is a £70 million school that opened in September 2006 in Telford, Shropshire. HLC is an inclusive school with a strong ethos and a track record of high achievement and supportive care. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and energetic Student Support Manager to join our pastoral team in the secondary phase as soon as possible.
One of the key benefits of working within our school is the strong relationships with staff and students. We offer an on-site health and fitness centre, a four-court sports hall and a 25-metre indoor swimming pool. We also provide an Employee Assistance Programme and an on-site nursery to support staff with childcare.
Responsibilities
The post will demand that you actively support students who may need a range of pastoral and safeguarding-related assistance, contributing to the continued success of Hadley Learning Community. You will join a team of four other Student Support Managers and undertake a key role in supporting students and their families within the school.
