What you'll do
Your role involves supporting business change by ensuring the maximisation of commercial and operational value across all brands and channels. Responsibilities include collating data for the CARE report, ensuring reporting accuracy, coordinating training for colleagues, analysing trading system data, maintaining records, building cross-functional relationships, and managing the Trading Compliance inbox. You will contribute to developing compliance and risk awareness, working proactively to meet deadlines and improve processes.
Who you are
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and dedicated to compliance and commercial maximisation. Your skills in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and communication enable you to compile accurate reports and coordinate training effectively. You bring a proactive, challenger mindset and are motivated to seek continuous improvement, contributing positively to the team.
