Shift Maintenance Engineer

Shift Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance tasks for onsite electrical equipment.
Shift Maintenance Engineer Key Duties:
* Provide exceptional electrical engineering support to the production team, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Execute planned maintenance duties with a proactive approach.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, maintain clear communication with relevant parties, and efficiently resolve issues.
* Install electrical machinery with precision.
* Troubleshoot PLCs, Industrial Control systems, and relay control circuits.
* Proficiently work with the latest PLC technology, performing modifications and fault finding.
* Interpret advanced electrical drawings.
* Work with various drives and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
* Maintain comprehensive documentation, logging all breakdowns and servicing work.
* Working 4 on 4 off (days and nights).
Shift Maintenance Engineer Experience:
* Strong electrical knowledge - Essential.
* Experience with equipment such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, flow wrappers, and robots.
* Proficiency in PLCs fault finding, basic programming, troubleshooting.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Essential.
* 17th or 18th edition - Essential.
Shift Maintenance Engineer Benefits & Hours of Work:
* 20 days holiday per year.
* Hours of work: day and night shift rotating pattern.
