Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their head office team in Whitburn.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging new customer accountsEnsuring timely collection of outstanding accountsReconciling customer accountsResolving account queries with customers and internal branchesParticipating in weekly debt reviewsForecasting expected paymentsUpdating internal systems with progress on outstanding accountsRaising credit paperwork and issuing invoice/credit copiesChasing and resolving aged debtProcessing and taking payments, including branch uploadsUploading delivery notes and issuing customer statementsSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience managing fast-moving debtGood understanding of billing systemsExcel competency desirableFriendly and approachable telephone mannerExcellent communication skills, written and verbalWhy Apply?You’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive team within a business that prides itself on strong culture, collaboration, and opportunities for progression.
