Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist
Location: Yeovil, UK (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £23 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Support Specialist to join our team in Yeovil. You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor and play a key role in providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support for our REACH obsolescence program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for maintaining engineering data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

* Support and promote robust configuration management processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues.
* Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on configuration management best practices.
* Ensure changes to product configurations are properly documented, controlled, and communicated with internal and external stakeholders.
* Process design data releases and changes.
* Create and revise EBOMs (Engineering Bills of Materials).
* Ensure integrity of EBOM data as it transitions from PLM to SAP.
