What You'll Do:

* Support with personal care, medication, and routines as needed
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team
* Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
* Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)
